Shipping & Returns


Orders are shipped with DHL Express. All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped via DHL express in Annina Dirndl branded sustainable packing.

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Shipping time estimates

Our pieces are made to order and unless listed as 'in stock' orders will be despatched 3-5 weeks from the day of the order. Items listed as 'in stock' will ship within 2-5 working days.  If you need your item sooner please email us. 

UK:  Next working day
EUROPE: 2-3 business days
USA: 2-4 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-4 business days

Please note, DHL do NOT ship on weekends.

ANNINA is not responsible for delays caused by DHL or customs.

ANNINA is not responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been received at the shipping destination.  

Taxes and Duties

We ship from the U.K. 

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis.

For all deliveries made to the US customs duties and import taxes are covered by ANNINA.

Local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by ANNINA and pay use/sales tax on those purchases, unless exempt under local state law.

For all deliveries made to the EU customs duties and import taxes are covered by ANNINA.

Other International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by ANNINA payment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Annina Dirndl has no insight into these fees and cannot estimate the costs at the time of order placement. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country.

If you refuse a shipment from ANNINA you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to Annina Dirndl. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.


Although we hope that your order delights you, if you are not totally satisfied with your items, we will offer a return policy within 14 days.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this point in time. 

For orders within the United Kingdom, any shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

If you would like to return an item please email us at We will schedule a collection and email you your DHL Express returns label and customs documents which will need to be printed and handed to the DHL representative together with the parcel. Please note that the commercial invoice needs to be printed two times. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.



If you would like to exchange and item, you must first return the original item, and place the new order. We will refund you for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
